Available materials for silicone rubber molding
We have all kinds of general purpose silicone rubber compounds for moulding and extrusion based on customer's needs. Approved by SGS and passed ISO9001-2015. Top quality at competitive price.
EPDM rubber (ethylene propulene diene monomer (M-class) rubber) , a type of syntheit rubber , is an elastomer characterized by wide range ofapplications. The M refers to classification in ASTM standard D-1418; the M class includes rubbers having a saturated chain of the polymethyenetype.
Silicone rubber (Shore 20A-90A)
The product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance and hydrophobic performance, long term use in a wide temperature range of -20° c-250 °C, and the product also has excellent stripping, thermal tearing and other processing properties.
Nitrile rubber (NBR), also called nitrile-butadiene rubber, an oil-resistant syntheticrubber produced from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Its mainapplications are in fuel hoses, gaskets, rollers, and other products in which oilresistance is required.
Available surface finishes for silicone rubber molding
Silicone molded parts are not usually post-processed, except the printing, but the mold itself can be finished to affect the surface finish of the molded part.
This way aesthetic needs or technical requirements can be achieved.
